Refund policy
We do not offer cancellations or refunds for orders if you change your mind, but you can return your HomeSilky IPL within 1 working day of receiving it, provided that it is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Kindly contact customer service at support@homesilky.com to arrange for a return authorization.
For Kuwait Returns:
Please contact support@homesilky.com to arrange your package to be picked up by us. Once the package is received back to us, If your package is opened and not in its original packaging, your refund will not be processed. You will be refunded 1-3 working days after we receive your return. All returns will incur a restocking fee of 5 KD.
For other GCC Returns:
Package your return in a delivery parcel with the return address clearly displayed. Arrange for your parcel to be delivered back to us. If your parcel is lost, destroyed or damaged in transit, your refund will not be processed. You will be refunded 1-3 working days after we receive your return. All returns will incur a restocking fee of 5 KD.
If the product is damaged upon arrival to you, or it is not as described, please contact us immediately at support@homesilky.com and we will organize a replacement.
Your HomeSilky product is warranted for a period of 1 year from the date you receive it. The warranty does not cover the following and is not limited to; lost, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use.
